I am Sarah Schaber, RN, E-RYT 200 owner and teacher at Om Sweet Om Family Yoga Community and I have been a yoga instructor for almost ten years. With training in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, baby and me, children, and prenatal yoga, I have seen the benefit of regular yoga practice in many different lights. Bringing along 15 years of personal yoga experience, I believe in the practice of yoga both on and off the mat.
When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I attended and taught prenatal classes. My time before giving birth is when I really started to develop a sense of community with other mothers. After my daughter was born, I began to develop a style of yoga practice where all people and families can practice together and learn mindful, healthy practices while having a lot of fun. Out of necessity, I wore her to teach most of my adult yoga classes.
